Building Management


Building Management Services Include, but are not limited to:

-Collection of maintenance fees; deposition of checks

-Maintenance of accounts; preparation of tax returns / co-ordination with accountant

-Annual payment of Federal, State and City taxes

-Registration with the Department of Housing

-Payment and review of insurance policies (boiler machinery and building)

-Maintenance of air conditioning units

-Maintenance of fire control and fire alarm equipment

-Repairs to roof and skylights

-Solicitation and evaluation of contractors' bids for miscellaneous repairs

-Repairs to plumbing and drains

-Structural repairs

-Organization and hosting of Board meetings

-Preparation and negotiation of Lease and Lease renewals

-Reviewing of Board Packages
